Anjali
is an Indian born designer now based in Chicago who has developed
a unique style which incorporates traditional handicrafts with modern
Western techniques. She has specialized in fashion designing in
Indian fashion industry. She was always intrigued by traditional
Indian designs, patterns, color and art. She has created a unique
painting style by blending the designs and patterns used in Indian
Fashion Industry and traditional Indian art work with the Western
tools and techniques. This style is reflected in the paintings,
money holders, gift bags and other items that she creates. Her artwork
is very different than anything else currently available in the
market.
All the paintings and other gift items for Handmade Traditions are
made by Anjali in Chicago using glitter watercolor, crayons, 3D
paints, beads, mirrors etc to provide a truely unique effect. We
